First, reflect on your experience this week. As you know, I dig Disney. Of the 15 Secret Rules, which one stands out to you? Do you think they are fair? Explain. Picture idea: Take a picture of something that I don’t know about you.
This past week the general election was held. This is a very important thing in my office, due to the fact that most of the people in my office are elected into their positions. My current boss, Derek Miller, ended up losing by less than a thousand votes in the election for Tuesday for the treasurer of Macomb County. Everyone in my office was very solemn on Wednesday morning and was in shock. My boss has done so many good things for the county and the people in it. On a positive note however, Paul, my boss won as the treasurer of Clinton Township. This means that the manual that him and I put together last week will be put to use when he leaves and begins his term as treasurer. In addition, my co-worker Cathy wrote me a positive sticky note to encourage me to keep my positive attitude that I tend to hold daily in the office. After reviewing them, I do believe that these rules are absolutely ridiculous. These are unrealistic expectations that most people could not even live up to; Therefore, there is a low possibility that you could be the princess you dreamed of being when you were a child. I couldn't even be my favorite princess if my heart really desires, I would probably end up being the girl that cleaned up the horses poop in the parade, how exciting. My friend currently works at disney through their college program and isn't anything glamorous due to these tough restrictions and physical traits that are mandatory. This changes my view on disney completely and it proves that societal problems today have greatly affected them.

First, reflect on your experience this week. Review your employer’s Evaluation feedback. What do you do well? What could you do to improve upon? Nothing is not an appropriate response.
This week I filed documents for most of the week. We are starting to receive documents for the 2018 bankruptcy season. It seems so far away, but in reality in the world of business and taxes, it is not. Week by week, I am beginning to do more things independently and am learning the ways of how everything work. Most things in the office pertain to patterns and processes. The more you work with the patterns and processes, the easier it gets due to familiarity. Parcel numbers and recognizing the area that they are from is one prime example. This is a twelve digit number that marks the piece of land that you own. For example, St Clair Shores' parcel numbers always start with 09. After reviewing my evaluation, I agree with all critiques that my boss gave me. I believe that I received a high evaluation on "solves problems in a systematic and logical manor" due to my natural character. Due to my heavy math and science background, I believe that I complete a lot of my tasks in a systematic and logical manor. I usually try to number my tasks and keep them in order at all times. I believe that this is one of my strengths when it comes to jobs and completing tasks for employers. In addition, I believe that the two tasks I was marked down on were not my weakest characteristics, but rather "he/she is organized at work". I believe this due to the fact that I am semi-scatter brained when I first get to work. This is due to my constant stress all morning and after noon and shifting from school mode to work mode takes a little longer on certain days. I often appear to be very unorganized from someone else's point of view, but in my head an odd system is working itself out where in the end it will be completed. I believe I have to start planning out clearly what I am doing before diving into a task to become more organized at work.
